J Properties understands that your fur babies are a member of your family!

Our team will do everything we can to advocate for you and your pets. Before you schedule an appointment take the time to refer to the specific house that you are interested in to confirm if that particular property accepts pets.

All pets will cause the rent to be increased by $35 per month, per pet.

Pet Screening

PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.

Owners allow service Animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and/or Colorado Revised Statures, but tenant must register their service animal (no cost) and receive approval for any additional pets.

Upon Your Eventual Move-Out

The next resident of the property may not have a pet and/or may have a pet allergy. Therefore, upon vacating the property Tenant is responsible to have the carpet cleaned and deodorized. Thank you for your cooperation with our pet policies!
